Thank you for shopping with IBGSHOP STUDIO. We specialize in digital artwork and instant digital downloads. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Digital Products – No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Once a digital item has been purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, as digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be retrieved.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • The digital file is corrupted or defective

  • The wrong file was delivered due to an error on our end

  • The file cannot be accessed or opened despite reasonable troubleshooting

If any of these issues occur, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase and include proof of the problem.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchases

  • Failure to read the product description

  • Incompatibility with your device, software, or printer

  • Incorrect file size or format selected

  • Failure to download files within the platform’s allowed timeframe

  • Custom or personalized artwork once work has begun

Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom or personalized digital artwork is non-refundable once the design process has started.

If an error occurs due to IBGSHOP STUDIO, we will gladly revise or correct the artwork at no additional cost.

File Replacement

If your files are lost, deleted, or unavailable after purchase, please contact us and we will re-send your files once your order is verified.

Usage & Licensing

All digital purchases are for personal use only, unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the files

  • Claim the artwork as your own

  • Use the artwork for commercial purposes without written permission
