  • Payment must be completed before files are delivered

5. Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Refunds are only considered if:

  • A file is defective or corrupted

  • The wrong file was delivered due to our error

Custom or personalized artwork:

  • Is non-refundable once work has begun

All artwork, designs, graphics, and digital files sold by IBGSHOP STUDIO remain the intellectual property of IBGSHOP STUDIO.

Purchases grant you a personal-use, non-transferable license.

You may NOT:

  • Share files with others

  • Claim the artwork as your own

  • Use files for commercial purposes without written permission

Violation of these terms may result in legal action.

8. User Conduct
